Terms of Service
The legal agreement governing your use of Bring It In
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Huddle Up App LLC ("Bring It In," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Bring It In mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to: provide accurate, complete, and current information; maintain the accuracy of your information over time; keep your password confidential and not share account access with others; and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, or that are used in violation of these Terms.
2. The Services
Bring It In provides a platform for sports team management, including roster management, event scheduling, attendance tracking, and team communication. The Services are sport-agnostic and intended for use by coaches, team administrators, and their team members.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other users' accounts
- Use the Services to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Use automated means to access or scrape the Services without our express written permission
- Post content that would be harmful to minors in any way
Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
4. User Content
You are responsible for all content you submit, post, or enter through the Services ("User Content"), including roster data, event information, messages, and any photos or files you attach to them. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that: you have the right to submit the content; the content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party; and if the content includes information about minors, you have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent where required by law.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Bring It In a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you and your team. We will not use your User Content for purposes beyond operating and improving the Services.
5. Minors
Coaches and team administrators are solely responsible for ensuring they have obtained any necessary consents before entering personal information about minors into the Services. Bring It In does not collect personal information directly from minors.
6. Fees, Subscriptions, and Advertising
Bring It In is currently free to use during its beta period. However, we incur real costs to operate the Services — including hosting, infrastructure, and third-party services — and we will need to sustain the platform over time. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Huddle Up App LLC may introduce monetization in the future.
This may include one or more of the following: paid subscription tiers that unlock additional features, a free tier supported by in-app advertisements, or a combination of both. Any transition from the current free beta will be communicated to users in advance via email or in-app notice, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide a meaningful notice period before changes take effect.
Where paid plans are offered, any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
If advertising is introduced, we will only display ads in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, design, and content created by Bring It In, are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Bring It In" and related marks are trademarks of Huddle Up App LLC and may not be used without our prior written consent.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.
